Resetting the Address State will help re-synchronize the Address Book. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to www.aol.com, click the AOL Mail icon, and then sign on using your AOL Username andPassword.

2. Hold down the Shift key on your keyboard, and then click the Help link on the upper right of the AOL Mail window.

3. On the AOL Mail System Summary window, next to Address State, click Reset.

4. Close all open windows.
